We had a great Thanksgiving, very nice to not have to drive seven hours to see everyone! Kelly, Joe and the kids came up late last Tuesday night, and stayed with us. Wednesday, the kids played outside with Lily and Quinn, it was really warm, and we ended up having a little picnic! Joshua LOVED to climb the tree in the front of our house, so Julia had to have a turn too! We got the Christmas decorations up outside, and the tree up on Wednesday. Wednesday night, Bob, Bridget and Theo came up to Mom and Dad's for dinner and then Thursday, we went to the Wicks' for a feast, then down to Grandma and Grandpa Burts for dessert. We had a small holiday gathering at our place on Saturday night, and after all the excitement, I think we're finally back into reality. Nate's staying with his job until the end of Feb, instead of his last day being today, so we're grateful for that. This weekend, Nathan and I are flying to Virginia for a party at Rob and Sarah's house, on Saturday, and flying back on Sunday. Then next Thursday, we're heading to Virginia again for work, and Kelly and Joe's party, and driving back on Sunday. Should be fun,
VA twice in one week, at least we aren't driving both times!
Here's some pics from the long weekend!

Julia with her pigtails, which she will only wear if Mommy does, very cute on Julia, not so cute on Mommy :)
