Well, after another three days back on the market, we received 6 contracts! We accepted one, the home inspection was today, and the appraisal will hopefully be set for next week. The new closing date is Aug. 28th. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the appraisal goes ok. We'll be heading back up to NY on July 31st, we have the Kennedy/Carr family reunion (my dad's side) on Sunday, and will be house hunting during the week. We're also hoping to go camping!

Playing in the sandbox...Julia looks like she was unhappy, but she really LOVED it! Clara took the picture and Julia was smiling and then looked away!
